Hi, my name is Alex, and I’m a proud graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Cambrian College in Ontario. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy cooking, listening to music, discovering great coffee, and staying active.
With a background in personal training and sports performance, I’ve developed a strong understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and injury prevention. By blending this experience with clinical massage therapy, I’m able to assess movement patterns, uncover factors contributing to pain and dysfunction, and create personalized treatment plans that support long-term recovery and overall well-being.
My passion is helping clients move better, feel better, and reach their goals. I’m committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that promotes lasting improvements in function, performance, and quality of life.

Hi, I’m Judy, a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton and owner of True2Form Massage and Wellness. I’m also a mum, a nana and a lover of music, movement and gardening.
As an evidence-based therapist, I’m genuinely curious about the “why” behind the techniques I use. I enjoy exploring research and bringing thoughtful, proven approaches into each treatment so your care feels both meaningful and effective.
Your health and well-being truly matter to me. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable, while we work together to improve or maintain the quality of life you’re looking for.
I look forward to being part of your wellness journey.
